Care for Arizona patients is provided by Katherine Glass, MD, who is licensed by the Arizona Medical Board. Dr. Glass is board-certified in adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and pediatrics. She completed her adult psychiatry residency at the University of Cincinnati, and her pediatric residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
Because telepsychiatry allows you to meet with your psychiatrist remotely, you can access specialty psychiatric care from a private location in Arizona through secure video visits.

Fees and Out-of-Network Insurance Coverage
Montenegro & Associates Behavioral Health accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (except Premera), subject to individual plan and network eligibility, and otherwise operates primarily as an out-of-network provider for Arizona commercial health insurance plans.
For patients whose plans we are out-of-network with, we provide comprehensive, itemized medical superbills through our secure patient portal. Many patients use these documents to request partial reimbursement through their insurance plan's out-of-network behavioral health benefits.
Our office can also submit eligible superbills on your behalf through Reimbursify at no additional cost to you.
Because insurance benefits and provider networks vary by plan, we recommend contacting your insurance carrier directly to confirm your behavioral health benefits and any applicable deductible, coinsurance, or out-of-network reimbursement. Frequently Asked Questions
Can your physicians prescribe medications to me if your physical offices are outside Arizona?
Yes. Care for Arizona patients is provided by a physician licensed to practice medicine in Arizona. When clinically appropriate, your psychiatrist can electronically send prescriptions to your preferred Arizona pharmacy, subject to applicable state and federal prescribing requirements and our practice policies.
Please note that we are not currently prescribing controlled substances in Arizona, including stimulant medications commonly used to treat ADHD.
Do I ever need to travel to your physical office?
No. Your care is conducted entirely via secure video visits. There is no requirement to travel to our physical headquarters.
How do you handle coordination with my local therapist?
With your signed consent, we emphasize collaborative partnerships. We regularly communicate with Arizona-based psychologists, licensed therapists, and primary care providers to ensure your medical and psychological care is fully aligned.
