Dr. Glass completed her training at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, ranked #1 for children's hospitals nationwide. This experience provided a unique perspective, blending pediatrics and psychiatry. With ten years of experience, she offers deep listening, empathy, and collaboration to help you achieve your mental health goals. Dr. Glass integrates psychotherapy recommendations with behavior and lifestyle assessments, informed by her clinical experience and holistic approach.

Additionally, she is an acting assistant professor at the University of Washington/Seattle Children’s Hospital and provides psychiatric consultation through the UW Kent Des Moines Behavioral Health Integration Program. She is active in teaching and lecturing regionally and nationally.

In her part-time private practice, Dr. Glass offers psychiatric evaluation and medication management, specializing in anxiety disorders, attachment and complex trauma, LGBTQ mental health, non-traditional families, screen-time parenting, transition-age youth, and school refusal. Outside work, she enjoys family time in the Pacific Northwest, exploring nature, playing board games, and perfecting her matcha latte.

Beyond clinical work, I'm an educator and advocate, enriched by my passion for the Pacific Northwest's nature and family life.
